A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.

For reservations of more than six guests, please contact us at rezerwacje@nowwarszawa.pl. To guarantee your reservation, a credit card pre-authorisation is required. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100 EUR per guest, charged in Polish złoty (PLN), will be applied to the card provided.
