NÓW is a small, intimate space. Each evening, we welcome a limited number of guests, allowing us to devote our full attention to every guest. That’s why, before making a reservation, we kindly ask you to take a moment to read the information below.

Every evening, from Wednesday to Saturday, we welcome only twenty guests.
Reservations are available for seatings between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

We offer a single 7-course tasting menu priced at 590 PLN, accompanied by the following pairing options:
Presence – wine pairing, 390 PLN
Abundance – wine pairing, 690 PLN
Clarity – non-alcoholic pairing, 250 PLN
Our menu changes regularly, following the rhythm of nature and the seasonal availability of ingredients. For this reason, we do not publish it in advance.
All beverages are also available à la carte.
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation, or no later than 48 hours before your visit. We will do our best to tailor the NÓW experience to your needs and preferences.
However, due to the nature of our cuisine, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every dietary requirement. Please note that we do not offer vegan or lactose-free tasting menus.
Within 48 hours of your reservation, our menu enters the final preparation stage. For this reason, we are no longer able to make changes to the tasting menu or accommodate newly reported allergies or dietary requirements.
The NÓW experience lasts approximately three hours.
Please plan your evening accordingly.
To ensure every guest enjoys the full tasting menu experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. In the event of significant delay, we may not be possible to serve the full menu.
As we welcome only a limited number of guests each evening, the following cancellation policy applies.
A credit card pre-authorisation is required to guarantee your reservation. No funds will be charged at the time of booking.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your visit, or in the event of a no-show, 100 EUR per guest will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to every bill.
You are welcome to photograph and film your experience at NÓW and share it on social media.
We simply ask that you respect the privacy and comfort of our other guests, as well as the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant.
There is no formal dress code at NÓW, though we encourage you to treat your visit as a special occasion.
A corkage fee of 250 PLN per bottle applies. Guests may bring one bottle for every two people at the table. We reserve the right to decline to open any wine that is currently featured on our wine list.
NÓW is fully accessible to guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users.
If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please let us know before your visit, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
As much as we love animals ourselves, the intimate nature of NÓW and consideration for the comfort of all our guests mean that we are unable to accommodate pets in the restaurant.
The NÓW experience is designed to be immersive and requires a certain level of focus. For this reason, we welcome guests aged 12 and over.
Please note that we do not offer a children’s menu.

Entrance: From Miedziana Street, via the alcove in front of WANDAL.
Metro: Rondo Daszyńskiego Metro Station is approximately a five-minute walk from the restaurant.
Parking: Paid on-street parking is available in the area. A limited number of spaces are also available in THE FORM’s underground car park. Please note that the car park is independently operated and availability is subject to capacity.
